Abstract

The article examines the issues of investments and investment legal relations, including their legal regulation, the legal basis for their attraction, which are important for the economic and social development of any developing country. Based on foreign experience in the legal regulation of investment relations, the author identifies a number of serious shortcomings and gaps in national legislation and gives brief recommendations for their elimination, since the study of investment legislation of other countries and trends is a direct way to identify gaps in national legislation.
