Abstract

This study shows that improvement measures of the legal systems related to the building wind of skyscrapers are presented through Delphi surveys. In order to suggest improvement measures, social issues related to the building wind of skyscrapers were investigated based on media reports and social medias sites, and policy proposals for legal systems related to the building wind of skyscrapers were derived. The derived policy proposals analyzed the current status and problems of related legal systems and suggested policies to improve them. In order to evaluate the appropriacy of the policy suggestion, a Delphi survey was conducted on 10 disaster experts related to building wind of skyscraper. More than 70 % of the total were evaluated as appropriate for the policy proposal, and the importance of each policy proposal was also evaluated. The improvement measures of legal systems related to the building wind of skyscrapers analyzed in this study can be used to prevent damage to the skyscraper wind disasters that may occur in the future.
