Abstract

Today a regional program of capital repairs of common property in apartment buildings is being implemented, which is accompanied by the need to find new ways and technologies for performing work at the lowest cost, identifying reserves and parameters that have a direct impact on improving the efficiency of the manufacturability of the repair of common property of apartment buildings. The article discusses these solutions to improve efficiency based on the method of constructing the spatial and technological structure of individual technological processes consisting of several operations on the example of the repair of facades and roofs of an apartment building.
