Abstract

The article is devoted to the dynamics of the development of entrepreneurial activity in the Russian Federation for the period from 2019 to 2022 years. Special attention is paid to the correlation of social and political factors with business activity. The analysis is based on the data of the Federal tax service on the number of created and closed legal entities. In particular, the dynamics of various types of closure of legal entities is considered in detail. The author revealed that the changes in the dynamics of business development over the selected period are most associated with the initiative of the Federal Tax Service against inactive or fictitious businesses, the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as measures to support business introduced by the government.
