Abstract
Обследовано 54 больных с распространенным вульгарном псориазом в возрасте от 17 до 58 лет. При обследовании больных в крови повышается содержание каждого из обследованных цитокинов, после проведения стандартного лечения нами было проведено повторное обследование крови больных было выявлено увеличения уровня цитокинов. Данное исследование может свидетельствовать о том, что у донной группы больных после поведенного стандартного лечения псориаза риск развития рецидивов крайне высок, а также эти изменения в иммунном статусе больного приводят в большинстве случаев к удлинению клинического течения и хроническому течению заболевания.
