Abstract
The article presents the results of the study, the purpose of which was to study the current state and prospects for the development of methods for evaluating the effectiveness of innovative projects in the context of VUCA World. The concept of efficiency in the system of conceptual apparatus of economic research is considered, the main approaches to the study of efficiency are identified, the classification of objects for its evaluation is proposed. The analysis of the current state of knowledge of the problem is carried out, and promising directions for the development of approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of innovative projects are identified. Separately considered approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of pilot projects.

Посвященных изучению вопросов эффективности, позволяет сделать вывод о том, что чаще всего эффективность воспринимается как обобщенный показатель оценки каких-то действий или функционирования социально-экономической системы, но существует и другая точка зрения, которая представляется нам более правильной. Необходимо отметить, что принцип Парето-эффективности обладает существенными ограничениями, которые экономистам хорошо известны, но они еще более усугубляются при исследовании проблем оценки эффективности инвестиций в инновационную деятельность (реализацию инновационных проектов).
