Abstract

The article reviews the results of the Local Initiative Support Program in the Tver Region for a five-year period of its implementation in the region. The differences between the municipal districts are analyzed according to the degree of their participation in the Program. The relationship between the economic development of the territory and the residents’ initiatives number is shown. The role of subjective factors determining the geography of settlements – the winners of the Program – is noted
