Abstract

The article proposes a strategy for studying the problem of professional mobility of Russian youth from the perspective of identifying risk factors that are formed at each stage of this process. Among them, the author highlights such as: professional self-determination (professional choice), professional education (training within the chosen specialty, profession) and professional adaptation (entering the profession in the labor market). The research concludes that, first, the professionalization of youth at all its stages is determined by the influence of the global factor of Informatization as a consequence of the paradigm shift in the socio-cultural dynamics of the modern world, otherwise called "mobile turn". This "turn" has significantly transformed the process of professionalization of young people and the concept of mobility, including professional mobility. And, secondly, Russian youth, included in the area of influence of the global process of forming a mobile world, is exposed to purely Russian factors of socio-cultural transformation, which is expressed in the crisis factors of the functioning of the system of professional socialization of youth and the spread of risks of social infantilization of youth. And in the professional development of young people, this negative process finds expression in the most direct way.
