Abstract

The article discusses the problems of mentoring as an effective form of multi-level adaptation of personnel in the organization of the educational sphere. It is emphasized that the currently existing methodology for personnel adaptation in the organization of the educational sphere is far from perfect, does not have methodological unity, and, in addition, new ideas and approaches are emerging that need generalization and development. This article analyzes existing approaches to defining projects, portfolios and personnel adaptation programs in educational organizations, and classifies management models for personnel adaptation systems in educational organizations.
