Abstract

In this article are considered the use and functions of the adverb of Mongolian, English and Russian. Adverb is one of the interesting and difficult parts of speech to study. The task was to study the materials of the texts of oral scientific speech on the basis of the general characteristics of adverbs as part of speech and data on their formal structural features and semantic-syntactic functions: to determine: the specific semantic and syntactic functions of adverbs of Mongolian, English and Russian languages in oral Scientific speech, especially the use of adverbs in oral scientific speech, in contrast to general literary and written scientific speech. The adverb of these three languages in oral scientific speech as a whole, not differing in lexical composition, meaning and use from general literary, have some fundamental differences. These differences are determined by the characteristics of oral scientific speech. We can conclude that the adverb of Mongolian, English and Russian languages in their basic functions are not opposed to general literary speech in the semantic sense. At the same time oral speech can actively use colloquial constructions, realizing its main purpose - providing communication.
