Abstract

This study verified the impact of the transformational leadership of professors at Korea Polytechnics in the South Chungnam region on students' learning outcomes through self-efficacy. The research model was verified using transformational leadership as the independent variable, learning outcomes as the dependent variable, and self-efficacy as the mediating variable. The results showed that transformational leadership had a direct effect on self-efficacy and learning outcomes. Self-efficacy was found to play a partial mediating role in the relationship between transformational leadership and learning outcomes. Therefore, it was confirmed that the transformational leadership of polytechnic professors had a significant direct and indirect impact on students
