Abstract
33-year statistical studies of personal and social health resources in 120 countries using data from the World Health Organization, international and Russian institutions are carried out. On this basis, for the first time, we developed theoretical foundations of statistical gerontology, which are the basis for the creation of a project of an integrated digital platform for the management of human operability. As an example, we gave a protocol for assessing the health resource, competence and efficiency of employees of companies, athletes and patients of medical centers. The method involves evaluating personal and public health resources, performance, and potential limits of their use. The comprehensive digital platform of management of health resource, competence and workability will have modifications intended for: Subjects of the Russian Federation and the country as a whole, large and small private companies, social groups, religious communities, state enterprises, all types of amateur sports, all types of professional sports, family clan VIP-persons, people leading household, pensioners, etc.
