Abstract

The aim of the article is to study the mutual agreement of the psychological atmosphere in the team of motivational factors in state and international organizations. The urgency of the work is due to the need to improve staff performance. Determining the type of employee motivation is a difficult but very important task that contributes to the effective and efficient performance of the set tasks. The purpose of the article is to study and to find out experimentally the link between the psychological environment of the team in different organizations and the primary factors of motivation of the person during work, to perform the analysis of the psychological atmosphere of the team also the reciprocity of motivational factors. Analysis of the relevant theoretical foundations of work using the test-questionnaire methods figured out that any application of motivation should meet the needs of the individual, that those surveyed in state and international organizations are aware of their needs, but the socio-psychological environment among 25 to 45 years old is unfavorable among the staff of civil servants, in contrast to the staff of an international organization of the same age. The engagement of an HR specialist or management psychologist in the above mentioned organizations is suggested to identify the socio-psychological behavior of employees, work hygiene, motivational factors, based on the age group, which can predict ways to meet the needs of employees.
