Abstract
The theoretical models of formation of the transportation price - the equilibrium tariff in the transport services market are investigated. A specific model of formation of the promising transport and food balance is shown when planning the average per capita consumption of five main groups of food productsin accordance with recommendations of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. The conceptual scheme of the transport and economic territorial balance is given, the principles of mutual balance of the development of territorial production and transportation, carrying capacity of transport are formulated, a refined definition of the freight transport services market is given.
