Abstract

The article deals with the results of the study of the structure and mechanisms of the formation of social expectations of the student youth of Primorsky Krai. The study is based on data from monitoring students ‘ opinions using two online questionnaire forms. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the dependence of students ‘ motivation to study and professional expectations. The most important factor influencing labor motivation is the demand for innovative knowledge in the labor market of the region. It is noted that targeted state support of graduates is required for employment after graduation.r attention in the article is paid to the analysis of the dependence of the factors of students’ motivation for learning and professional expectations.
