Abstract
The article analyzes the development of informatization of public administration in Russia. Based on the systematization of data on digitalization, the models of informatization of public administration are determined, the main problems of using information systems in it are identified, promising directions for improving the development, implementation and operation of innovations that ensure the transition to a cross-cutting model of informatization of public administration are considered.
