Abstract

Abstract: The role of the headmaster as an educational supervisor has a significant impact on the success of educational programs. Because the objectives of supervision activities to improve teacher performance. The objectives of this research are to describe the role of the headmaster as an educational supervisor, the school principal's efforts to improve the performance of Arabic language teachers and techniques used by the headmaster to improve the performance of Arabic teachers. The results of this research are expected to be able to provide input to the headmaster and Arabic language teachers about the role of the headmaster as an educational supervisor so that he can improve the performance of Arabic teachers.
