Abstract

Pedagogical communication creates many conflict situations, as the school is not only a source of intellectual wealth, but also a key factor for the regulation of interpersonal relationships and socialization. School conflicts are impossible to eliminate, so it is important to reduce their intensity so that it does not have a negative impact on the educational process.The article presents the results of experimental data obtained from the research on the nature of professional deformations of teachers working in RA schools, their role in the emergence of conflict with students, the peculiarities of students' choice of behavior in conflict situations, the main causes of conflicts and ways to overcome them. The methodological instructions can be used by school psychologists and educators to identify students' conflicts, as well as to improve the process of teachers' professional development.
