Abstract
The purpose of study is to investigate the relationship between green HRM of a hotel, green awareness, green organizational climate, and green citizenship behavior. This survey was conducted from May 15 to May 30, 2022 for 15 days, sample target working in green hotels that actively carry out eco-friendly packages were selected.
