Abstract

The article highlights data on the first sighting of bearded vulture Gypaetus barbatus on the territory of the Ustyurt State Nature Reserve (Kazakhstan) after 2013. It has been suggested that the bearded vulture is periodically visiting from the Great Balkan Range (Western Turkmenistan) and the subspecies of the bird encountered.
