Abstract

The widespread growth of the traumatic epidemic associated with the urbanization of states, revealed the problem of severe injuries due to catatrauma. The components of the problem go beyond the purely medical sphere and refer to psychophysiology, hygiene of childhood and adolescence (carelessness, drunkenness, drug addiction, substance abuse, zombification, reactive states (deviant behavior)), conflict in society and family, mental disorders, suicidal tendencies, underestimation of danger (train hoppers, traceurs), crime. Digitalization of crash events and assistance algorithms allows normalizing this complex type of humanitarian technologies. It enables to simplify the logging, monitoring and examination of the entire eclectic spectrum of lesions received.
