النمط القیادی السائد لدى قادة مدارس محافظة القنفذة من وجهة نظر المعلمین

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على النمط القيادي السائد لدى قادة مدارس محافظة القنفذة من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والاستبانة لجمع البيانات. وتکون مجتمع الدراسة من (3232) معلما، وعينة الدراسة من (339) معلما. وقد اظهرت النتائج أن درجة ممارسة قادة المدارس للأنماط القيادية جاء بدرجة متوسطة، وبمتوسط حسابي بلغ(3.22)، وجاءت الانماط القيادية مرتبة على النحو الاتي: النمط الديموقراطي بمتوسط حسابي(3.83)، يليه النمط الاوتوقراطي( 3.23) واخيرا النمط الترسلي بمتوسط حسابي ( 2.53). کما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى الدلالة 0.05 ≥ α تبعا لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، في حين ظهرت فروق ذات دلالة احصائية تبعا لمتغير المرحلة التعليمية لصالح المرحلة المتوسطة، ولمتغير سنوات الخبرة لصالح الفئة أقل من 5 سنوات. وفي ضوء النتائج توصي الدراسة بتعزيز لممارسات القيادية الديموقراطية في المدارس Abstract The prevailing leadership style among the schools leaders of Al-Qunfudah Governorate. The study aimed at investigating the prevailing leadership style among the school leaders of Al -Qunfudah Governorate from the point of view of the teacher. The researcher used the descriptive approach, and a questionnaire to collect data. The study of population consists (3232) teachers, and the sample of the study was (339) teachers. The results showed that the degree of leadership style practiced by school leaders was moderate with mean of (3.22),The leadership styles were ranked as follows: democratic style with mean of(3.83),followed by autocratic style with mean of(3.23)and finally anarchic style with mean of(2.53).The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of α≤ 0.05 due to the variable of qualification, while there were differences statistically significant due to the variable of educational stage in favor of the intermediate stage, and the variable of experience in favor of less than 5 years., the study recommends.
