Abstract
The current situation in the oil, natural gas and coal markets in the Asia-Pacific region has been analyzed by the author. It is shown that the potential for increasing the share of Russian energy resources may be due to the redistribution of the shares of the main suppliers as oil imports diversify, primarily in Japan and the Republic of Korea; in the natural gas market – increasing the volume of pipeline supplies of natural gas to China in accordance with the current long-term contract and the redistribution of Indonesia’s share in the market; in the coal market – the redistribution of Indonesia’s share due to the advantages in coal quality. Price and infrastructure constraints for increasing the supply of Russian energy resources to the Asia-Pacific region have been noted, too

АТР является наиболее динамично развивающимся регионом мира и представляет собой крупнейший сегмент мирового рынка. В результате процессы, происходящие в регионе, определяют поведение мировых рынков энергоресурсов и задают тенденции развития энергетики. Страны региона сильно различаются по уровню экономического развития; численности и плотности населения; запасам, объёмам и структуре потребления энергоресурсов. В регион входят крупнейшие потребители первичных энергоресурсов в мире: Китай, США, Индия,. Перспективы развития рынков первичных энергоресурсов стран АТР. Япония и Канада, на долю которых приходится 57% мирового потребления первичных энергоресурсов. Из перечисленных стран только Россия и Канада являются нетто-экспортёрами энергии, остальные – нетто-импортёрами. В силу отсутствия собственных существенных запасов энергоресурсов у большей части стран региона сформировались крупнейшие сегменты мирового рынка энергоресурсов. В число крупнейших нетто-импортёров энергоресурсов входят: Китай, Япония, Индия, Республика Корея, Сингапур и Таиланд
