Abstract

It is determined that in modern conditions, the service sector market shows rapid development, this is directly related to the behavioral habits of the population that have changed over the past few years. The service sector is obliged to meet the basic needs of people in a short time, so being better than competitors is a direct task of such companies, for this reason the topic is very relevant. Modern competition theory has a variety of concepts, methods, models and tools for assessing the competitiveness of an enterprise. Therefore, to determine the competitive strategies of the studied enterprises, it is proposed to use the results of the analysis of their competitive position – the data of the passport of the competitive position (strategic intentions and characteristics of competitive behavior), the place of the enterprise in terms of market share, the position of the enterprise on the competitive map of the wholesale market of building materials in the DPR, as well as a certain market strategy. From the standpoint of the developed concept of competitive stability of a trading enterprise in a crisis, it is advisable to offer the studied enterprises the development and implementation of the following competitive strategies: defensive, offensive and retreating, since these strategies determine the essence of the competitive behavior of the enterprise and the basic strategies of its competitive stability. It is indicated that in order to form the adaptation mechanism of service sector enterprises to the conditions of a competitive market environment, it is necessary, when planning shopping halls of supermarkets and supermarkets, it is important to provide certain conditions that are proposed in the article. This technology of managing the competitiveness of service sector enterprises is designed for the effective functioning of the organizational and economic management mechanism proposed by us and allows the use of various methods and tools to create a long-term and sustainable competitive advantage, the result of which will be an improvement in the competitive position of the enterprise in the market. The creation and improvement of the adaptation mechanism of service sector enterprises to the conditions of a competitive market environment is a condition for managing the competitiveness of a service sector enterprise, leading to ensuring and strengthening its competitive advantages. It is determined that in order to form the adaptation mechanism of service enterprises to the conditions of a competitive market environment, it is necessary to implement the measures proposed in the article.
