Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the structural relationships among job insecurity of airline cabin crews, work engagement and turnover intentions and to examine a role of position level in the causal relationship. To collect the data, we conducted an online survey of domestic and foreign airline cabin crews for two months from September to October 2020, and used a total of 400 samples for this study. The results showed that job insecurity had a positive effect on turnover intentions but a negative effect on work engagement, and work engagement had a negative effect on turnover intention.
