Abstract

For the first time, microsatellite profiles of chloroplast DNA for ccmp3, ccmp5, ccmp10 loci for 10 studied grape varieties of the Maga-rach Ampelographic Collection of various eco-logical and geographical groups were obtained with determining their chlorotype. Western Eu-ropean varieties ‘Cabernet Sauvignon’ and ‘Pi-not Noir’ were used as a reference. Alleles of 106 and 107 bps were identified at the ccmp3 locus, 104 and 105 bps at the ccmp5 locus, and 115 and 116 bps at the ccmp10 locus in the studied varieties. The variety ‘Genusa Tsibil’ and interspecific hybrids ‘Castor’ and ‘Muscat de Yaloven’ had a genotype of 106 105 115 bps at the ccmp3, ccmp5, ccmp10 loci, which corresponded to the chlorotype B. The varieties ‘Vasarga Chernaya’, ‘Zaarma’, ‘Marash Cher-ven’, ‘Ozirovka’, ‘Plavai’, ‘Porsi Shekerek’ ac-cording to these loci had a genotype of 106 105 116 bps and corresponded to the chloro-type C. The variety ‘Shirvan Shakhi’ according to these loci had a genotype of 107 104 115 bps, corresponding to the chlorotype D. The data obtained can be used in studying the line of varieties in breeding programs, in assessing their relationships, and also can contribute to replenishing the database of SSR profiles of grapevine cultivars.
