This document was composed after a certain period, not immediately before or after marriage, taking the women(daughters-in-law) as the receivers. Every married woman was the receiver of Choalil Byulgeub, which was conducted regardless of the order of the husband(whether of eldest son) or number of marriage(whether or remarriage) in family rank. Also they had to compose documents. This way, the point that Choalil Byulgeub was established as a formal and obligatory custom implies that married women exerted efforts in socioeconomic field with definite expectation for future such as inheritance, not mere passive receivers.
