Abstract
The article presents the results of a survey of children with acute allergic diseases with regard to hospital admissions, which made it possible to obtain information about the links of pathogenesis when the allergic process starts. Showing information for acute urticaria, angioedema, urticaria, combined with acute angioedema and toxic epidermal necrolysis. An association was established between the severity of the disease and significant changes in immunological protection.

Summary
The article presents the results of a survey of children with acute allergic diseases with regard to hospital admissions, which made it possible to obtain information about the links of pathogenesis when the allergic process starts. Тем не менее роль показателей системы комплемента и отдельных показателей цитокинового статуса в иммунопатогенезе острой крапивницы у детей, изучена недостаточно. У детей с острой крапивницей выявлено повышение показателей относительного (30,5%) и абсолютного (49,2%) числа Т–лимфоцитов, что свидетельствует о напряженности клеточного иммунного ответа в этой группе пациентов.
