Abstract
The article considers the main approaches to the classification of lyric genres and the problems of a lyric hero in contemporary literary criticism. The works of the leading Russian and Bashkir researchers are analyzed. A number of questions concerning the methods of depicting the lyric subject in poems are studied. The ways of expressing the thoughts, views of the poet and the forms of the author’s presence in the works are studied. The classification of various stylistic and compositional techniques is proposed.
