Abstract

For decades overdue modernization of the national veterinary science requires the establishment of an effective system to develop, analyze, test and implement changes that will lead to improvement. Benchmarking - a systematic activity aimed at finding, analysis, evaluation and implementation of the best forms of any business. It can be regarded as one of the most important areas strategically focused market research. Striving to be the best of the best, captures the essence of benchmarking. There are many types of benchmarking, but internal benchmarking should be the starting point. Major errors in this process - not to notice the real reason why some organization works better than yours and lack of adequate preparation for such activities.
