Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the constitutional right to freedom of creativity. The author notes that the right to freedom of creativity is the basis of all cultural rights and freedoms of man and citizen. In addition, it distinguishes between the concepts of “creative activity in a broad sense” and “creative activity to create cultural values”. Proposed changes to the Constitution of the Russian Federation and federal legislation on culture.
