Abstract

The article presents the results of studying the possibility of joint application of one of the techniques of electrical exploration and geodetic monitoring for geodynamic assessment of the stress-strain state of the massif from the surface. Modern geodynamic activity indirectly affects the change in the values of apparent electrical resistivity of the array, as the movement of rocks leads to changes in the volume of pores and cracks, which are often filled with aqueous solutions. In addition, the distribution of electrical properties of rocks in the near-surface part of the section is influenced by meteorological conditions. At the same time, the influence of meteorological conditions on the section is distributed uniformly, and in order to exclude the influence of their change between observation series, it is proposed to use normalization of measured values of apparent resistivity of rocks. The results obtained are a prerequisite for the continuation of research on the use of the median gradient methodology in the complex of geodynamic diagnostics.
