Abstract

The article is discussed the formation of social partnership relations between employees and employers represented by their representatives. There is a change in the role of the state as a power entity regulating social partnership relations in the sphere of labour on the one hand, and as an equal participant in these relations on the other. It is concluded that the subject composition of social-partnership relations in Russia has a long history of formation, ranging from attempts at origin at the beginning of the twentieth century, to the actual complete abolition, to revival and further development in the modern period.
