Abstract
У статті наведено результати катамнестичного спостереження за 59 дітьми, які народилися недоношеними з дуже низькою масою тіла, на першому році життя. Виявлено, що найбільш частими причинами інвалідності є дитячий церебральний параліч, ретинопатія недоношених, нейросенсорна глухота, вроджені вади розвитку. Наведено основні завдання та алгоритм спостереження за такими дітьми в умовах кабінету катамнезу.
