Abstract

The article discusses the problem of politically active youth. Basing on in-depth interviews, the author identifies the factors determining the manifestation of political radicalism in relation to the bulk of young people in Russia who are not interested in politics. The paper identifies two groups of political activists of young people in modern Russia, which differ in political views, media preferences, and social values.
