Abstract

The practice of deployment and conduct of territorial defense (SRW) of Ukraine in 2014-015 and the results of the exercises showed that the content of the tasks of the SRW has expanded significantly. The current level of compliance of the construction of the SRW system with its purpose does not correspond to the nature of the modern military conflict. The choice of a suitable option for constructing a system of solid waste is justified, which is associated with the need for a general assessment of the degree of compliance of possible options for building a system of solid waste for its intended purpose. The aim of the article is to highlight the methodological approach to assessing the degree of correspondence of the construction of a system of solid radioactive waste to certain tasks using multivariate analysis methods. The effectiveness of the tasks performed by the SRW system depends on the combined influence of many factors of different physical nature. The task of assessing the degree of conformity of the construction of a system of solid radioactive waste to solve a specific problem is very complex and requires a comprehensive consideration of the influence of factors. One of the most effective tools for analyzing multicriteria processes described by a large number of characteristics (indicators) is taxonomy methods that allow you to get acceptable results in the absence of strict restrictions on the number of indicators selected for analysis and evaluation, identify the relationship between the selected indicators and determine their priority. On this basis, it is possible to substantiate the ways to increase the degree of correspondence of the construction of the SRW system to a specific task. The methodological approach allows us to use the proposed set of private indicators for assessing the degree of correspondence of the construction of a solid waste system to certain tasks in order to successfully solve the problem of determining ways to increase the degree of conformity of the construction of a solid waste system to its purpose. It is proposed to use the methods of multivariate comparative analysis based on taxonomy methods that operate with a large number of features (indicators). The use of these methods allows you to determine the priority of indicators, to reveal the laws of the studied processes and phenomena, and on their basis to develop the necessary control effect.
