Abstract

Introduction . The growth of economic inequality in the world and in a separate country threatens balanced development. Therefore, in today's conditions of global development, there is a necessity to substantiate the feasibility and formulation of conceptual foundations for reducing inequality, which is linked with the relevance of the topic . Purpose . The concept of reduction of socio-economic inequality as the basis for regulating balanced development in Ukraine is forming. Methods. Methods used in the article: deduction, induction, scientific abstraction. Results. Theoretical analysis and synthesis. Originality. The system-synergetic approach to the formation of conceptual foundations of inequality reduction in the present conditions of global development is proposed, taking into account, on the one hand, the nature of global factors of influence, and, on the other hand, the possibility of effective application of state regulation instruments. We define the conceptual foundations for reducing inequality as a worldview for a system of views and understanding of relationships and the search for patterns between development and the manifestations of inequality in relation to its economic and social dimensions. The dialectical and logical foundations of the system of reduction of social and economic inequality in Ukraine, which cover three blocks of regulation: social, economic, legal and based on the institutional provision of balanced development, are developed. Conclusion . Inequality has become an inherent feature of contemporary global development, and its scientific analysis implies an understanding of the complexity of the global world. The most important sources of modern inequality are global and ongoing national processes. Further research will be needed to determine the direction and impact of globalization on the balanced development of the state and the role of institutional regulators in reducing inequality.
