Abstract
In the article, the authors analyze the discourse of Internet communications in a modern open society, analyze the theoretical constructs that reveal the political potential of Internet communications, the impact of political activities of citizens on their political participation. In the article, the authors conclude that there are various models of interaction between public authorities and public communication.
