РОЛЬ СОЦИАЛЬНОЙ ПОЛИТИКИ ГОСУДАРСТВА В ОБЕСПЕЧЕНИИ БЕЗОПАСНОСТИ ГРАЖДАН: СОСТОЯНИЕ И ОСНОВНЫЕ ПРОБЛЕМЫ

Abstract

The implementation of measures related to improving the living standards of citizens will require the state and the public to make important and purposeful decisions. For this purpose, the formation and development of direct regulatory legal acts affecting the main aspects of improving the standard of living through the prism of improving the socio-economic security of the state is taking place. This is due to the fact that the presented directions are in close interaction with each other. The authorities, representatives of business, civil society need to pay special attention to the development of the institution of the family, to implement all cultural traditions and values, as well as to allocate the necessary financial, material and human resources to stabilize the situation and prevent the manifestation of marginalization of society. The interests of society are the basis for the improvement and prosperity of the socio-economic situation, since the issues of social security are directly related to the expansion of the well-being of the population. Taking into account the position that the safety of citizens and the improvement of the living conditions of society are a priority in the course of making managerial decisions by the authorities, the formation of a high-quality system of social security will be the most important task. At the legislative level, improving the quality of life should be ensured through the implementation of national and socio-economic security. For this purpose, there is a special Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2015 No. 683 "On the national security strategy of the Russian Federation." As strategic goals related to ensuring national security in the framework of improving the quality and standard of living of Russians, it is important to develop general human potential, meet social, material and spiritual needs, as well as reduce the overall level of property and social inequality by increasing income. The article analyzes the current legislation in the field of social policy, considers the main indicators and indicators of social security of the Russian Federation.
