Abstract

In this paper, the equation of motion is calculated as applied to vibrations of a solid surface in an incompressible fluid. The equation of motion was reduced to a dimensionless form, and its solution was obtained by the finite difference method. An analysis of the solution showed that when a solid surface vibrates in an incompressible fluid, a stationary flow is formed, the speed of which depends proportionally on the acoustic Reynolds number
