Abstract

Problems and prospects of improving the qualifications of employees' documentation support services in Ukraine. The article deals with the problem of advanced training of employees of documentary support services of management. It is emphasized that in the modern conditions of technologization and introduction of information technologies in the field of document management, support of professional level and advanced training of employees of the documentary and information sphere acquire new relevance and importance. It is noted that the problem of raising the qualifications of SDZU employees is complicated by the lack of normative regulation and centralized management by both the state and sectoral institutions. The analysis of scientific sources allowed to state the increased interest of scientists in the outlined problem, and, at the same time, the need for further research of practical direction. The article emphasizes the problems of maintaining the professional level of document specialists in modern conditions for demand and their competitiveness in the labor market. To this end, the article analyzes the available resources that can be used by documentalists to improve their skills. The article assesses the existing proposals and analyzes the content, forms of organization of training, and pricing policy. It also outlines the prospects and provides proposals for establishing the process of professional development of the industry.
