القراءات القرآنیة وأثرها فی الاختلاف فی أحکام المرأة (الناسخ والمنسوخ نموذجًا)

Abstract

مما لا شک فيه أن القرآن الکريم ذم الخلاف المبني على الهوى وإتباع سبيل الشيطان ، قال تعالى { ولا تنازعوا فتفشلوا وتذهب ريحکم } وقال أيضا [ولا تکونوا من المشرکين من الذين فرقوا دينهم وکانوا شيعا ] لأن هذا النوع من الخلاف محرم قطعا لأنه يقود الإنسان إلى الکفر والطغيان ومن هذا القبيل الاختلاف في أصول الدين وأرکان الإسلام ومبادئه الأساسية . نعم هناک اختلاف في فروع الشريعة فرضته الضرورة تحقيقا لمصالح العباد وتيسيرا لهم ورحمة بهم وهذا الاختلاف يقرر الشرع ويؤيده العقل، قال تعالى [ولو شاء ربک لجعل الناس أمة واحدة ولا يزالون مختلفين ] وقال رسول الله  ( اختلاف أمتي رحمة ). There is no doubt that the Noble Qur’an denounced the disagreement based on desires and following the path of Satan. The Almighty said: “Do not disagree, so fail, and leave your winds.” Certainly because it leads people to disbelief and tyranny, and from this difference in the fundamentals of religion, the pillars of Islam and its basic principles. Yes, there is a difference in the branches of Sharia imposed by necessity to achieve the interests of the servants and to facilitate them and have mercy on them, and this difference determines the Sharia and is supported by reason.
