Abstract
The article deals with the problematic issues of the implementation by the prosecutor'sofficeofsupervision over the observance of laws in operational-search activities, as well as its improvement. Thepurposeof the work is to reveal these problems and ways to resolve them, as well as to justify measures tostrengthenthesupervision of the prosecutor's office over the rule of law in this area. The concept and place of supervisionaredefined, the powers of the prosecutor in the exercise of supervision are established. The mainviolationsthat occurduring the implementation of this activity are identified, and recommendations are givenfor their elimination.Analyzed various acts of prosecutorial response as legal means in identifying, eliminatingandpreventingviolations. The result of the study is the conclusion that it is necessary to improve the supervisionof theprosecutor'soffice over compliance with laws in operational-search activities due to existing problems, as well astoamendthelegislation.
