Abstract

This study analyzed the difference in perception and satisfaction of school meal vouchers according to perceived dietary benefits after using school meal vouchers. As a result of the study, satisfaction with alternative support is also high if the beneficiary thinks that the school meal voucher has benefited his or her diet, such as helping to pay for food. Therefore, satisfaction depends on how the beneficiary perceives alternative support for school meals, including school meal vouchers, which can be interpreted as a way to examine in-depth areas that show low satisfaction, such as voucher item nutrition standards, and reflect them in policies and systems. It is also expected to provide a foundation for preparing policy-making measures that reflect the opinions of those directly related to the policy, rather than policies based on the opinions or assumptions of policymakers.
