Abstract
Searching for an answer to the fundamental question of justice in multicultural liberal states, the phenomenon of multiculturalism moves from metaphysical plane in the institutional problem of preserving the integrity of the EU nation-states and into the political practice, which assigned all responsibility for the successful solution of the dilemma of equality of rights and freedoms of citizens belonging to different cultural traditions.
