Abstract

The article substantiates the need and convenience of using digital systems for the interaction of state and municipal authorities for physical culture and sports, as well as in the management of physical culture and sports organizations. The problems associated with the lack of funding in the regions for the development of IT programs, the insufficient psychological readiness of management workers for digital innovations in management working in remote regions, and the lag of higher education from the digital reality are considered. The difficulties in the regions with hiring highly paid professional managers, marketers who know the specifics of the industry and at the same time master digital technologies, and the inability of employers to satisfy their needs for high wages are becoming more urgent. The author sees a solution to the issues in the use of low-cost paid automated digital systems that are easy to master and help raise the level of management efficiency.
