Abstract
Socio-behavioral constraints during the pandemic have resulted in the transformation of many spheres of social reality, changes in the nature of socio-economic communications and the formation of new rules related to socio-biological safety. The pandemic has led to epidemiological, biological, social, demographic, economic, political, cultural, information, media and other changes, some of which have been pandemic shocks. The article considers the types and characteristics of shocks during global challenges, including medical, psychological, social, economic, financial shocks. Since businesses may be in crisis and on the verge of bankruptcy due to reasons not related to the manifestations of global challenges, the article differentiates between traditional cases of crisis phenomena and business destabilization and changes in the nature of interaction through global challenges by scale, speed of spread, duration, predictability, coherence, labor availability, infrastructure availability. The main patterns of social behavior of individuals and businesses during such a global challenge as the COVID-19 pandemic have been identified. Socially irresponsible attitudes and conscious socially responsible behavior are highlighted for individuals. Among the business entities behavior patterns during global challenges are the following: stereotyped (standard) behavior, ill-considered behavior, indifferent behavior, rational behavior and innovative behavior. Possible methods of influence during the formation of patterned behavior of subjects are described. It is noted that during the formation of stereotyped (standard) behavior, the subject is influenced by the type of chain reaction, which is formed mainly due to the action of such methods of influence as infection, suggestion, persuasion, imitation, etc. The free nature of the behavior formation is possible during the mechanisms of imitation, infection, i.e. when the subject looks at others and copies the behavior, as well as purposeful nature, when the mechanisms of suggestion and persuasion of the recipient by the inducer act. A number of principles, without which the goals of influence in the process of contact interaction cannot be achieved, have been identified.
