Abstract

Systems of social trust or social rating should work in China in full format in 2020–2021. As it was introduced, they became not only a means of correcting unfair behavior in the economy, but also a tool of social management that allows you to record illegal, inappropriate behavior of citizens and automatically apply measures of influence to them. The author believes that in fact, the Chinese authorities to raise the price of disloyal behavior used the challenges of a market economy, which gave rise to a liberal paradigm of population behavior. The Chinese authorities use the concepts of social integrity and social trust, implying political stability, contrasting them in the public discourse of dishonesty, malicious intent, and antisocial behavior.
