Abstract

The article analyzes the legislative regulation and the scientific approach to studying the problems of the centers of social services for family, children and youth. The author considers features of the development of centers as subjects of social work and the ways of reforming the regulatory and legal framework governing their activity. A new definition of the notion “center of social services for family, children and youth” is proposed to differentiate the spheres of activity between subjects of social work.
