Abstract
The paper considers the issue of increasing the investment attractiveness of rural areas. The essence is to develop and visualize the memorial complex project using the latest software products. In this work, the visualization was successfully carried out in compliance with the rules and regulations, on the actual displayed area and the preparation of photo images as close as possible to the real photo. Visual effects, techniques for combining computer graphics with real video are amazing and can arouse many people's interest, but, unfortunately, such work is usually performed on individual real estate objects located mainly in urban areas.
